This program is intended to assist Pennsylvania businesses in expanding their global sales. The program is a collaboration between the PA Department of Community and Economic Development and the US. Small Business Administration. This grant can cover up to $5,000 in costs for a business to develop new sales in an international market. Pennsylvania companies that meet the SBA guidelines and are in good standing with the PA Department of Revenue are eligible to apply.

Some examples of qualifying activities include:

  • International Trade Mission Participation
  • International Trade Show Exhibition
  • Domestic Trade Show Exhibition – additional documentation is required
  • Foreign Market Sales Trip
  • Subscription to US Department of Commerce services
  • Website Internationalization
  • E-commerce and Digital Marketing
  • Design of Marketing Media
  • Compliance Testing
  • Federal services that directly support exporting
